The all-time high forecast earlier this year by Goldman Sachs was 3,700 with an exhaust level of 3,880. I believe we will see a double top formation around 3,871 and 3,880. I do think we will see resolve before a government shutdown and this is a buy the rumor sell the news event on most USDATA coming this week. Good luck!
