Hello traders! Here’s my technical outlook on XAUUSD (3H) based on the current chart structure. Gold previously traded inside a rising channel, where price respected dynamic support and resistance while forming a sequence of higher highs and higher lows. This structure reflected steady bullish control and consistent buying pressure as the market advanced toward the upper boundary of the channel. The bullish move eventually stalled after a sharp rejection from the local high, where strong selling pressure entered the market and triggered an aggressive decline. This drop broke the prior bullish structure and shifted momentum to the downside, pushing price toward a major support region. Following this impulsive selloff, GOLD entered a consolidation phase inside a clearly defined range, where buyers and sellers temporarily balanced control. This range acted as a re-accumulation zone, as price repeatedly defended the lower boundary and failed to break significantly lower, suggesting demand absorption at discounted levels. Recently, price broke above the range resistance and moved into an ascending channel structure once again, signaling renewed bullish participation. The breakout above the Buyer Zone confirms that buyers are regaining control, while the channel support continues to hold as a dynamic base for the current advance. Currently, GOLD is trading above the Buyer Zone and is attempting to continue higher toward the Seller Zone near the 5300 resistance area. As long as price remains above the horizontal support band and within the rising channel, the structure favors bullish continuation. My primary scenario remains bullish while GOLD holds above the 5110 support region. Continued strength could drive price toward the 5300 resistance level (TP1), which aligns with the previous supply zone and a key liquidity area where sellers may attempt to re-enter the market. However, if price loses the Buyer Zone and breaks below channel support, this would weaken the bullish outlook and signal a potential return to range conditions or deeper correction.
