J - ATR Trend Channel

A trend-following overlay that combines an ATR-based trailing stop with a smoothed price average to identify trend direction and generate signals.

The trailing stop dynamically trails price using ATR volatility bands, tightening in trending conditions
The smoothed line (a) blends open/close/high/low into a volatility-weighted average, acting as a trend filter

Best used on trending markets to ride momentum and spot early reversals.
