Jepps cRSI

Takes the cRSI indicator made by Lars von Thienen and adds divergence indicator and the ability to paint the background when the cRSI exceeds the upper and lower bands for easy identification

Updated the script to run faster and also added a few options like the MA line, the mid point line between the upper and lower bands, as well as the ability to mark a 3rd line (I use it to mark the 50).
