Liquidity & Inducement + Sessions [TradeIQ]

Liquidity & Inducement + Sessions maps where the stops are, in one script built for forex and crypto. It shows which pool price just swept, whether the inducement was taken first, and when a sweep turns into a reversal. The candles show at a glance whether price is expensive (premium) or cheap (discount).
What it draws • Buy-side liquidity (BSL) above every swing high and sell-side liquidity (SSL) below every swing low. Two swings within the tolerance merge into one stronger Equal High / Equal Low (EQH / EQL) level. • Session boxes for Asia, London, New York and NY PM (ICT kill zones in New York time by default; hours, time zone and colors are editable). When a session closes, its high and low become liquidity levels. • Previous day and previous week highs and lows (PDH / PDL / PWH / PWL). • Levels stay live until price reaches them. A wick through and close back marks a sweep (✕, dotted line). A close through marks a broken level (faded). Untouched levels are forgotten after a set number of bars. • BOS / CHoCH from a swing-based market structure. • Inducement (IDM). After a bullish break, the latest internal pullback low is the inducement: the early buyers' stops. When price takes it, the line turns solid and is labelled "IDM ✓". Bearish breaks work the other way round. • Premium / discount candles. The whole candle is colored, wicks included. In the top of the dealing range (premium) candles turn red, the area to look for sells. In the bottom (discount) they turn green, the area to look for buys. Around the 50% equilibrium they are grey. The dealing range runs from the latest structure swing low to swing high, or over a lookback. The shading deepens with distance from equilibrium, and the premium and discount zones are drawn on the chart. • A stop beyond the sweep wick, with 1R / 2R / 3R targets and "Target Hit" labels. • A dashboard showing the session, structure, a pending reversal, the higher-timeframe trend, inducement status, the nearest BSL and SSL with their distance (pips for forex, % for crypto), the price zone (premium / discount %) and the last signal.
Reversal signals A key level is swept: a session high or low (for example London running the Asia high), the previous day or week high or low, or equal highs or lows. Then price shifts the other way. The label names the level, for example "Reversal · Asia H swept", and a diamond marks the wick that took the liquidity. • Confirmation: internal CHoCH (default), next candle confirms, or close back inside • Levels that count: swing, equal H/L, session, day/week • Direction: against structure only (default) or any • Buy only in discount, sell only in premium • Strong Reversal = key level + a displacement candle (body ≥ ATR ×) or a volume spike • Session, volume and minimum-depth filters are shared with the trend signals
Trend sweep signals (B / S) and filters These signals go with the trend: a buy when sell-side liquidity is swept in an uptrend, a sell when buy-side is swept in a downtrend. A signal prints once the sweep is confirmed. Choose the confirmation: the sweep candle closes back inside, the next candle confirms, or an internal CHoCH within N bars. Every filter is optional: • Which levels count: swing, equal highs/lows, session, day/week • Minimum sweep depth (ATR) • Session filter: any time, inside any session, or London + New York only • Trend filter: structure, EMA 200 or off • Require the inducement to be taken first, within N bars • Volume ≥ average × (Auto = on for crypto, off for forex tick volume) • Minimum bars between signals
Trend sweep signals are graded. A weak signal (b / s) fails a filter you switched on and stays hidden unless you choose "All". A normal signal (B / S) passes every filter. A Strong signal also needs the higher-timeframe trend to agree, plus either a key level (equal H/L, session, day/week) or an inducement taken first. Hover over a label to see which level was swept.
Market setting Auto reads the symbol type. Forex turns the volume filter off, greys candles outside the sessions and shows distances in pips. Crypto keeps the volume filter on, greys low-volume candles and shows distances in %. You can override either one.
Alerts Reversal Buy / Sell, Strong Reversal, Sweep Buy / Sell, Strong Buy / Sell, BSL swept, SSL swept, Inducement taken, BOS, CHoCH, Target Hit, Stop Hit.
Notes • Non-repainting. Sweeps, signals, inducement and structure breaks are confirmed only on candle close. Swings are confirmed "swing length" bars after the high or low, as with any pivot. • Sessions show on timeframes up to 1H by default (editable). Previous day levels show intraday only. • If the chart's candles show through, turn them off in chart settings or switch off "Color candles by premium / discount".
