BB + RSI Trendline Breaks [V6]

1. Strategy Logic:
BUY: Market range → Price tags Lower Band → Bullish candle (close > open) → RSI breaks the downtrend line (connecting descending RSI peaks) from below, RSI > 30.
SELL: Market range → Price tags Upper Band → Bearish candle (close < open) → RSI breaks the uptrend line (connecting ascending RSI lows) from above, RSI < 70.
Stop loss placed outside the band, Take profit at the Middle Band (safe) or the opposite band.

2. Alert Conditions:
Alert condition BUY / SELL (create alerts manually on TradingView).
Alert() automatically with freq_once_per_bar_close — includes ticker, price, RSI.
