🔵 OVERVIEW
Market Structure Oscillator [BigBeluga] is a dual-purpose tool that tracks market structure breaks (CHoCH & BoS) on the price chart while calculating a trend-filtered momentum oscillator in a separate pane. It solves the problem of conflicting signals by forcing the momentum oscillator to align with the structural trend—keeping momentum values strictly above 50 during an uptrend and below 50 during a downtrend.

🔵 HOW IT WORKS
The indicator combines a market structure state machine with a customized momentum engine and a divergence scanner:

1 — Market Structure Engine

Pivot & Break Detection: Uses Market Structure Pivot Left/Right to identify structural swing highs and lows, triggering a trend shift when price closes beyond them.
CHoCH & BoS Labels: The first break in a new direction is labeled "CHoCH" (Change of Character), while subsequent breaks in the same direction are labeled "BoS" (Break of Structure).
Swing Counts: Tracks and labels the numerical count of consecutive breaks to help gauge trend extension.

2 — Filtered Momentum Oscillator

Raw Momentum: Calculates the rate of change divided by price volatility over the Custom Momentum Length.
Sigmoid Smoothing: Applies a sigmoid function to map momentum to a 0–100 scale, then smooths it with an EMA based on the Smoothing Length.
Trend Filtering: The oscillator is forced to stay above 50 during confirmed bullish structure and below 50 during bearish structure, eliminating contradictory readings.
Gradient Histogram: Displays momentum as a gradient histogram and a smoothed line, colored by the active structural trend.

3 — Divergence Detection

Pivot Matching: Uses Divergence Pivot Left/Right settings to compare oscillator peaks and troughs against price action.
Bullish & Bearish Divergence: Identifies when price makes a higher high but the oscillator makes a lower high (bearish), or when price makes a lower low but the oscillator makes a higher low (bullish).
Visual Markers: Draws connecting divergence lines on the oscillator pane and places "Div" markers directly on the main price chart.

🔵 HOW TO USE
Beyond simply spotting breakouts, the indicator can be applied in several ways:

Trade Structural Breaks: Use the CHoCH and BoS lines as entry triggers, entering in the direction of the break.
Anticipate Reversals: Look for "Div" markers on the price chart when the trend is extended. A bullish divergence near the 0 level or a bearish divergence near the 100 level often precedes a structural shift.
Read the Trend Bounds: Watch the circles at the 0 and 100 levels. A circle at 100 means the structure is bullish; a circle at 0 means it is bearish.
Gauge Momentum Strength: Use the histogram height in the oscillator pane to see how aggressive the current push is within the established structural trend.
Declutter the View: Use the extensive Visibility Toggles to hide MS lines, divergence labels, background highlights, or the histogram to match your chart style.
