Cost Basis + Cipher Filtered Signal is a multi-layer market regime indicator built around a macro stress thesis that monitors two simultaneous compression cycles — a private credit and commercial real estate bubble deflating at the macro level, and a crypto speculative cycle correcting from its 2025 peak — using ETH SOPR (Spent Output Profit Ratio) from Glassnode as the primary on-chain regime signal, combined with RSI, dual EMA trend alignment (50/200), Bollinger Band squeeze detection, a funding rate proxy calculated from the spread between perpetual and spot price, and volume ratio analysis, all rolled into a composite scoring system that outputs a single color-coded BULLISH / BEARISH / NEUTRAL thesis reading with price targets, flush zones, and phone alerts — designed specifically to identify the inflection point where macro liquidity stress and crypto on-chain cycle signals converge, flagging either a final capitulation flush or a policy-driven reversal as the two possible regime exits.
