Structure Bias MTF [@Mishu]

201
Structure Bias MTF applies the Structure Midline logic to two timeframes at once and shows whether both point the same way.

How it works
- For each timeframe the midline between the last leg high and leg low is calculated (a leg starts with a close beyond the previous bar's high or low).
- Bias per timeframe: last close above the midline = bullish, below = bearish.
- The table shows both timeframes and a combined state (bullish / bearish / mixed).
- All higher-timeframe values come from the last closed bar of that timeframe. They do not change afterwards (no repainting).
- Markers show when both timeframes turn bullish or bearish together (after bar close).

Alerts
Both timeframes turn bullish / both turn bearish - once per bar close.

Limitations
Using only closed higher-timeframe bars means the values lag by one bar of that timeframe. Choose timeframes equal to or higher than the chart timeframe.
