Technical Analysis.
Daily chart: Long range movement near the all-time low after a prolonged downtrend.
Premarket: Low activity.
Trading session: Impulse rally of 100% in the first hour after the open. Then, we observe a similar sharp decline, which was stopped at 6.0. The price attempted to move up (without increasing buying volume) after small range at 6.0, trapping long traders. We are closely monitoring further price behavior. We are considering a short trade if the upward movement reverses.
Trading scenario: #breakout (#false_rebound) of level 6.0
Entry: 5.85 aggressive entry without retesting in case of breakdown.
Stop: 6.12 we hide it above the breakdown candle.
Exit: Cover part of the position when the price stabilizes at level 3.6 (RR 1/8). Hold the remain part of the position until the close of the session.
Risk Rewards: 1/8
