The higher timeframe remains bearish, but on the H1 chart I'm tracking a different short-term scenario before looking for continuation lower.
Price has already swept sell-side liquidity and delivered a clean bullish shift in structure, followed by a break of structure to the upside. This suggests that the market may not be finished seeking liquidity on the buy side yet.
My expectation is for price to revisit the discount area below current price, potentially rebalancing the H1 fair value gap while collecting additional sell-side liquidity. If buyers step in again, the next objective could be the buy-side liquidity resting above the recent swing high and eventually the higher H1 premium FVG.
The key question now is whether the current retracement is simply gathering fuel for another expansion higher.
