Volatility Theory is also mixed in here. What I like about the Longest Over Expanded Period, is how well the mean lines up with the Buy Target Area of the Pattern as the mean will come up to meet price, or price to the mean of this period length. Mean Reversion is implied.

I have changed my buy line a little to the bottom of the .78 Fib Line, as the .61 was nothing no slow selling and there is no significant response in uptick.
