HIMS Long — $HIMS breaking out above $31 resistance on volume —

HTF (4h): HIMS carved a clear V-shaped recovery from the ~$22 May lows, making HH/HL structure all the way back to the prior April highs near $30–31. The most recent 4h candles are pressing into and through the $30–31 resistance shelf that capped the April 23 swing high (~$28–30 zone). Price is now printing a fresh HH above that resistance, confirming a structural BOS to the upside. The $29–30 zone has been tested and held multiple times, validating it as a breakout reference. LTF (1h): The June 15–16 sequence is a clean accelerating breakout — gap up June 15, consolidation above $29.50, then today's gap open above $30 with a strong green candle to $31.95 high and current bid $31.62. The last 1h bar (09:30 ET) opened $31.53, high $31.79, close $31.62 — holding well above prior resistance. Stop is placed below the breakout retest zone / June 15 open gap at $30.55 (below the June 16 open low of $29.68 plus buffer ~0.4× ATR = $29.68 + 0.41 = ~$30.10 is too tight; using the June 15 consolidation low of $29.43 + 0.5 ATR = $29.93… however, the more conservative invalidation is back inside the $30 range — using $30.55 as the level where the breakout is negated, ~1.07 from entry, which is just above 1× ATR). Target is the next structural supply at the April highs near $33.80 (prior April 23 peak area ~$28, but the January 2026 prior swing zone was ~$33–34, confirmed by JPMorgan PT $33). R/R = (33.80−31.62)/(31.62−30.55) = 2.18/1.07 = 2.04 — passes gate. Research: Q1 miss and EBITDA compression are known/priced post-May 12 selloff; the Novo Nordisk/Wegovy partnership is a credible strategic pivot; insider buy at $24.23 in late May is a T1 positive signal; new CMO appointment bullish near-term; JPMorgan Overweight $33 PT aligns with target.
