higher volume than usual on that swing, If you zoom in you'll recognize all the characteristics of distribution, maybe UTAD is missing so let say its valid till 97 to 103 (will update if needed)

first TP is 0.5 retracement at 71.8 to ~68 - prob several months to get there
second tp is at 47.3 and below - prob several years to get there
