After breaking above the major channel resistance trendline just a couple of months ago, the Nasdaq is now being dominated by bears and starting to break everything back to the downside. So far we didn't see any confirmation but the next couple of days will decide just everything.
Levels to watch: $20.000, $16.000

With a drop of more than -10% over the past couple of days, the Nasdaq is clearly showing significant signs of weakness. However we sill have to wait for the confirmation candle to close before the Nasdaq might even head for a retest of the previous all time high.

Over the past couple of days, we saw bulls stepping in again and creating a quite strong short term rally back above the psychological $20K area. We still have to wait for the monthly candle to close but if we get a closure above the trendline, this will turn into a juicy fakeout.
