Gold(
XAUUSD) is moving near the resistance lines, the Potential Reversal Zone(PRZ)[$4,652-$4,624], and the resistance zone($4,670-$4,644). The momentum of its recent price increase has been strong, but there hasn’t been significant volume behind this rise in the past few hours.
From an Elliott Wave perspective, given the wave structure, it seems likely we have another downward wave ahead.
I expect Gold to decline at least toward $4,573, and if the bearish momentum is stronger, we could see another move toward the heavy support zone($4,550-$4,234).
First Target: $4,573
Second Target: $4,546
Stop Loss(SL): $4,674(Worst)
