Been watching this setup build for a few days and honestly it's lining up pretty clean right now. After that brutal sell-off from mid-May, price finally broke structure around the 4,460 low and flipped character. That BOS into ChoCH sequence is exactly what you want to see before positioning long. We got the rally up to 4,560, and now price has pulled all the way back into the Order Block sitting between 4,490 and 4,513, which also lands right on the old ChoCH level. That confluence is not a coincidence.
My read is that smart money is going to sweep the sell-side liquidity pooled just under 4,500, grab those stops, then reverse hard. That's the trap. Once the sweep is done and buyers absorb the pressure, the VL zone at 4,530 to 4,540 becomes the first target to crack. If bulls reclaim that level with a strong close, I think we're looking at a clean continuation toward 4,700 to 4,705 where the real supply sits and where this move gets interesting again.
I'm not jumping in blind though. All four EMAs are still stacked bearish above current price, so yes this is counter-trend, and that means I need to see a proper reaction candle off the OB before committing. An engulfing or pin bar closing strong on the H1 is the minimum. No confirmation, no trade, simple as that.
Invalidation is clean: a full H1 candle closing below 4,480 means the Order Block is gone and the thesis is dead. I'm not holding through that.
