True Reversal & Internal Displacement by (myeyes_closed)
How to use this script to find the "True Reversal":
Identify the Established High: Look for the label marked "Established High." This is your potential peak.
Wait for Internal Displacement: Watch the "Internal Low" line. A "True Reversal" begins when price closes below this line with a large-bodied candle (marked as "MSS / Displacement").
Check for FVG: If a red box (Fair Value Gap) appears during that break, it confirms that the displacement was backed by heavy selling volume.
The Reversal Point: The established high is highly likely to be the "true" reversal point if price does not close back above the FVG zone on the next retracement.
