# RSI Divergence BUY/SELL + Smart Stop Loss & Take Profit
## Overview
The RSI Divergence BUY/SELL indicator identifies potential trading opportunities using RSI divergence, price action, and optional volume confirmation.
It combines regular and hidden bullish and bearish divergences with RSI-zone filtering, automatic stop-loss calculations, three risk-to-reward take-profit targets, break-even protection, dynamic stop-loss management, and trade status tracking.
## Key Features
### 1. RSI Divergence Detection
- **Regular Bullish Divergence:** Potential bullish reversal.
- **Hidden Bullish Divergence:** Potential bullish continuation.
- **Regular Bearish Divergence:** Potential bearish reversal.
- **Hidden Bearish Divergence:** Potential bearish continuation.
### 2. RSI Zone Confirmation
- BUY signals require both RSI divergence bottoms to be below the configured RSI midline.
- SELL signals require both RSI divergence tops to be above the configured RSI midline.
- The RSI midline and pivot settings can be adjusted to suit your trading approach.
### 3. Optional Volume Confirmation
Enable the volume filter to require pivot-candle volume to exceed its average volume by a configurable multiplier.
### 4. Automatic Stop Loss
Stop-loss levels are calculated using recent candle highs and lows, with adjustable lookback and multiplier settings.
### 5. Three Take-Profit Targets
Default risk-to-reward settings:
- **TP1:** 1:2
- **TP2:** 1:4
- **TP3:** 1:6
All target ratios can be customized in the indicator settings.
### 6. Dynamic Stop-Loss Management
- Optional break-even protection after TP1.
- Stop-loss moves to TP1 after TP2 is reached.
- Stop-loss moves to TP2 after TP3 is reached.
### 7. Trade Status and Duration Tracking
- Displays the latest trade direction and status.
- Prevents overlapping indicator-tracked positions.
- Supports a configurable maximum trade duration, set to 59 candles by default.
- Displays divergence lines, entry signals, stop-loss levels, and take-profit levels on the chart.
### 8. Python Trading Automation
This indicator is designed to complement a separate Python trading automation project.
