WHAT IT DOES
A multi-factor confluence score (0-10 per side) for a 4H-direction / 1H-timing workflow. Direction comes from the 4H state (EMA 7 vs EMA 25 on the last CLOSED 4H bar); the chart timeframe (designed for 1H) is used only for timing. Score components per side:
- 4H trend: +2 (state + close beyond 4H EMA 50 + 4H ADX >= minimum), +1 if only the state agrees.
- Recent EMA 7/25 cross with a valid ATR-normalized slope of the EMA 25: +2.
- Zone: touch of 1H pivot support/resistance or of the automatic Gann box 0 / 0.5 / 1 levels (daily pivots): +2.
- Candle pattern on a closed bar (pin bar, engulfing, EMA 25 rejection): +2.
- Volume and ATR expanding above their averages: +1 (ATR only if the symbol has no volume).
- New York session: +1 (OFF by default, so the default maximum is 9).
A signal requires score >= threshold (7 with the 4H trend, 9 against it — in practice counter-trend is disabled because the trend block scores 0) AND zero vetoes.

1 = 4H compressed/neutral · 2 = short while last daily close > daily EMA 50 · 4 = counter-trend with score below threshold · 8 = projected R:R to nearest opposing level < minimum · 16 = round-trip commission > 0.25R · 32 = gold weekend window (XAU/GC) · 64 = outside NY session (optional) · 128 = weekend (optional) · 256 = no EMA 7 pullback (optional) · 512 = no fine 7/25 cross (optional) · 1024 = cooldown.
Example: Vetos = 9 means 1 + 8.

"L"/"S" triangles = signals; EMA 7/25 and Gann 0.5 line on the chart; grey background = 4H compressed/neutral; compact table (top right): 4H state, long/short score, vetoes of the candidate side, stop distance %, daily short veto, opposing level.

Create an alert with condition "Any alert() function call" (once per bar close). On every closed bar with a signal (or every bar if "Alerta JSON en cada vela" is enabled) it sends a one-line JSON:

Direction TF (240), daily TF + EMA 50 short veto, 4H compression threshold (0.2%), EMA 7/25, ATR 14, cross window (5), min angle (5°), score thresholds (7 / 9), cooldown (6), pivots 1H (5/5), Gann TF (D), zone tolerance (0.5 ATR), stop = structural swing (10 bars) + 2x 4H ATR with 1.5% minimum, min R:R (2), target (2R), round-trip commission (0.13%). Optional filters (session, weekend, pullback, fine cross) are OFF by default.
NO REPAINT
Signals only on closed bars; HTF/daily values use expression[1] with lookahead_on (last closed HTF bar).
LIMITATIONS / HONESTY
- This is an analysis and study tool, NOT financial advice and NOT a trading system with proven profitability.
- Our own backtests of these rules did not show a demonstrated edge. Past behaviour says nothing about future results.
- Several rules are discretionary in origin; the numeric thresholds are our own assumptions and default values are NOT optimized.
- Always confirm with your own analysis and risk management. Leveraged products can lose more than expected.
