5. Apply selected profile mode

7. Validate context
8. Validate reaction

10. Validate risk
11. If score and permissions pass -> enter
12. Manage by mode
13. Exit on target, invalidation, or thesis failure
14. Allow re-entry only if fresh qualified setup exists
