This indicator is based on the standard RSI (Relative Strength Index), enhanced with additional levels at 80 and 20 to better identify extreme market conditions.
- Key Levels
80 → Extreme overbought
70 → Overbought
50 → Neutral / trend reference
30 → Oversold
20 → Extreme oversold
- How to Use
RSI helps measure momentum strength
Higher values indicate stronger bullish momentum
Lower values indicate stronger bearish momentum
When RSI moves into extreme zones (80 or 20), the market may be overstretched
When RSI fluctuates around 50, the market is typically in balance or transition
This structure provides a clearer view of momentum phases and helps improve timing during different market conditions.
