Black Tie SMC
A complete Smart Money Concepts toolset on a single chart. Plots the
building blocks structure-based traders work with: market structure breaks
on two levels, order blocks, equal highs and lows, fair value gaps,
strong and weak extremes, and premium/discount zones.
WHAT IT INCLUDES
Swing Structure
Tracks the larger market shifts. Plots BOS (Break of Structure) when
price continues in the prevailing direction and CHoCH (Change of
Character) when the structural bias flips.
Internal Structure
Tracks short-term shifts within the larger swing structure. Same BOS and
CHoCH logic on a smaller pivot length. Optional confluence filter
requires the breaking candle to have more body than wick on the
breakout side, filtering weak breaks.
Order Blocks
The last opposing candle before a structural break. Plotted as a zone
that price often retests. Available on both swing and internal levels,
with separate counts and color settings for each. Volatility filtered
(ATR or Cumulative Mean Range) to avoid blocks formed on engulfing
candles. Mitigation tracked by close or wick.
Equal Highs and Equal Lows
Pivots that form at similar prices, marking liquidity pools. The
tolerance is expressed in ATR multiples, so the detection scales with
each instrument.
Fair Value Gaps
Three-bar imbalances where price moved without being balanced. Often
acts as future support or resistance. Auto-threshold filters small
gaps based on average bar size. Multi-timeframe support.
Strong and Weak Highs and Lows
The most recent significant high and low, labeled as Strong (the
opposite extreme was swept) or Weak (it held while the opposite was
swept). Useful for identifying which side of the range carries
liquidity.
Premium and Discount Zones
Divides the most recent swing range into Premium (top), Equilibrium
(middle), and Discount (bottom). For timing entries within a
structural range.
HOW TO USE
Use Swing Structure for directional context, Internal Structure for
timing. Order Blocks and Fair Value Gaps mark zones where price often
reacts. Equal Highs and Equal Lows mark where liquidity sits. Premium
and Discount zones tell you whether you are buying or selling at a
favorable location within the range.
This is a visualization toolset, not a signal generator. The chart still
requires interpretation.

Display Mode controls whether all historical structures stay on chart
(Historical) or only the most recent ones are kept (Present, default).
Every component can be enabled or disabled individually so you only see
what you need on the chart.
