- If J. Powell uses the words "Risk balance". The stock market is in BIG TROUBLE.
What this would mean is he would cut rates only once. And the market has already baked in at least 3 more. - IF J. Powell used the words "Going forward". The stock market might be in trouble, but short-term, we are going UP!
