Micron: Memory Becomes the Key Growth Driver

573
Micron Technology (NASDAQ: MU) is one of the global leaders in DRAM and NAND memory manufacturing, supplying products for servers, data centers, smartphones, and artificial intelligence systems. The company remains one of the primary beneficiaries of growing demand for computing power and AI infrastructure. As a result, Micron continues to attract significant attention from institutional investors and major Wall Street analysts.

From a fundamental perspective, the company is benefiting from strong demand for high-performance memory used in artificial intelligence applications. Expanding shipments of HBM memory for AI servers are supporting revenue growth and improving profitability. Additional support comes from increasing investments in data centers and cloud infrastructure by the world's largest technology companies. Key risks include the cyclical nature of the semiconductor industry, potential fluctuations in memory demand, and dependence on continued AI market expansion.

From a technical perspective, this analysis is based on the 4-hour timeframe. After a powerful bullish advance, the stock reached the upper boundary of its rising channel and entered a corrective phase. Price is currently testing the key support zone between 1010 and 1050, which previously acted as resistance and may now serve as a foundation for the next leg higher. Moving averages continue to trend upward, while the broader market structure remains bullish. If support holds, buyers may attempt another move toward the 1274 area, which represents the next medium-term objective. Should bullish momentum remain strong, the longer-term target is located near 1538. As long as price remains above the 1000–1015 support area, the long-term advantage stays with buyers.
