#USDCAD: Rejection at 1.3834, Focus Shifts to 1.37

65
USDCAD has returned to the broader 1.325–1.383 range, confirming a shift back into a balanced market structure. The failed breakout above 1.3834 triggered selling pressure, allowing the Canadian dollar to regain strength in line with the broader move in commodity currencies.

The key level now is 1.37, where the highest volume over the past two years is concentrated. Holding below this zone keeps pressure on the U.S. dollar and opens the path toward 1.35–1.34. A move back above 1.37 would signal a return to range equilibrium with potential upside toward the upper boundary.

At this stage, the market is transitioning into a range-driven environment, where price action is likely to be defined by key levels rather than strong directional trends.
