Gold has shifted into a short-term bearish phase after losing key technical support. The market broke the ascending trendline, signaling trend exhaustion, followed by a bearish engulfing reaction near resistance that confirmed selling pressure.
Price has now broken below the marked structure level, turning prior support into resistance. This suggests any pullback toward the broken zone is likely to be sold into, rather than sustained.
Based on the current structure, the bias remains bearish, with downside continuation favored toward the 4,890 level, and potentially deeper into the lower demand zone if momentum accelerates.
As long as price stays below the broken structure and trendline, rallies should be treated as corrective moves within a bearish continuation setup.
