In order to find Fibonacci Retracement Levels, you have to find the recent significant Swing Highs and Swings Lows.
For downtrends, find the Swing High and drag the cursor to the most recent Swing Low.
For downtrends, find the Swing High and drag the cursor to the most recent Swing Low.
