3CandleWar — 3-Candle Sweep & Reclaim Pattern with Order Block Confluence
3CandleWar is a price-action indicator that detects a precise 3-candle reversal pattern based on liquidity sweeps, reclaims, and institutional Order Blocks (OB). It is designed for discretionary and semi-automated traders who want clean, high-probability entries with trend confirmation.
🔍 How the Pattern Works
The indicator tracks a 3-candle sequence (C1 → C2 → C3):
C1 — the reference candle. Its high and low define the range to be swept.
C2 — the manipulation candle. Price must sweep only one side of C1's range (low for a bullish setup, high for a bearish setup) and then close back inside the C1 range (reclaim).
C3 — the confirmation candle. Price must:
hold above C1's low (bullish) or below C1's high (bearish),
break the opposite side of C1's range,
close beyond that level (with an optional ATR-based tolerance).
When all conditions align, a ★ BUY or ★ SELL signal is printed on the chart.
📦 Order Block Confluence
The script automatically detects Bullish and Bearish Order Blocks using:
A classic engulfing structure (last opposite candle before displacement).
An optional ATR-based displacement filter to avoid weak OBs.
Two powerful features are built on top of this:
OB Confluence Tag — when the confirmed signal forms right at (or near) a matching Order Block, an "OB" label is shown to highlight the confluence.
Opposite OB Warning — if the signal forms near an opposite-side Order Block, a ⚠OB warning label appears, signaling a possible reversal risk.
The script also supports an MA bypass: if C1 or C2 touched a matching OB, the moving-average trend filter can be automatically skipped.
📈 Trend Filter
An optional SMA filter (custom timeframe, default 5 min, length 20) ensures signals are only taken in the direction of the prevailing trend. The MA can be plotted with dynamic coloring (green above, red below) for instant visual feedback.
🎨 Visual Features
Horizontal C1 high/low lines, gray while waiting for C2, fuchsia once the setup is valid and awaiting C3.
Order Block boxes with configurable transparency, mitigation on close or wick, and real-time or confirmed drawing.
Historical confirmed setups are kept on screen (configurable, default 50).
Debug mode to inspect OB touches, tolerance, and internal state.

Fully compatible with TradingView alerts, including:
Buy / Sell Setup Pending (C2 valid, awaiting C3)
Buy / Sell Confirmed (C3 completes the pattern)
Buy / Sell + Order Block (confluence)
Buy / Sell Warning — Opposite OB (reversal risk)
⚙️ Suggested Use
Best on liquid markets (FX majors, indices, crypto, futures).
Recommended timeframes: 5m to 15m for intraday, 1H to 4H for swing.
Works well combined with market structure, session levels, or higher-timeframe bias.
⚠️ Notes
With "Draw OB on live candle" enabled, Order Block boxes may repaint until the candle closes. Disable it for non-repainting behavior.
This is a discretionary tool, not a full trading system. Always combine with proper risk management.
