Elliott Wave Theory (EWT) is one of the most powerful concepts in technical analysis, but mapping it manually is subjective, time-consuming, and prone to human error.
Meet the Hap Elliot indicator—your streamlined, highly effective "magic pill" for Elliott Wave Analysis. We have transformed the complex guidelines of EWT into a strict, easy-to-digest mathematical algorithm. Featuring a unique Dual Engine Pivot System and Nested Sub-Waves, this script doesn't just draw past waves—it projects future targets in real-time.
KEY FEATURES & HOW IT WORKS:
1. Dual Pivot Engine (Choose Your Style):
ATR Distance Mode (Fast): Perfect for day traders. Detects pivots early based on volatility (ATR). Aggressive, but can be noisy on sharp wicks.
Fractal Confirmed Mode (Reliable): Waits for candle closes and fractal formations. Slower, but mathematically filters out market noise. Ideal for swing trading.
2. Strict EWT Guideline Enforcement:
Unlike basic zigzag indicators, Hap Elliot enforces EWT rules before validating a wave:
Wave 3 cannot be the shortest wave.
Enforces the "Rule of Alternation" between Wave 2 and Wave 4 (if W2 is deep, W4 must be shallow, etc.).
3. Macro & Micro Waves (Nested Structure):
The indicator scans two different time horizons simultaneously. You will see the Macro Wave (Major Trend) and the Micro Wave (Sub-waves inside the main trend) seamlessly overlaid.
4. Automated Fibonacci Projections & Reversal Boxes:
When a 1-2 wave sequence is detected, the algorithm immediately projects:
Wave 3 Targets: 1.0, 1.618, 2.618, and up to 3.618 (Super Extension).
Wave 4 Pullback Zones: Shallow (0.236) to Deep (0.5).
Wave 5 Reversal Box: Automatically draws a highlighted "Correction/Reversal Box" when the 5-wave cycle completes.
5. Real-Time Status Dashboard:
A sleek UI panel at the bottom right shows the current status of both Macro and Micro trends (e.g., "Bullish Expected", "Waiting for Box", "Perfect 5-Waves Done").
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ON REPAINTING:
By its very nature, Elliott Wave Theory is dynamic. A Wave 3 can always extend into a "Super Extension." Therefore, as live price action develops, the algorithm will dynamically update the wave anchors and target projections. This is not a bug; it is the correct mathematical behavior of EWT.
💡 HOW TO USE:
Watch for a "Valid" status on the dashboard indicating a 1-2 sequence.
Use the projected Wave 3 (1.618) as your primary trend target.
When price enters the Wave 5 Reversal Box, expect an (A)(B)(C) correction and consider taking profits.

A new dropdown menu has been added to the "🎯 Gelecek Hedef / Future Target
Settings" section in the indicator inputs. This feature allows you to fully
customize what information is displayed inside the parentheses of the future
Elliott wave projection labels (like W3, W4, W5, etc.).
You can choose from the following 3 options:
1. Fibonacci Ratio Only (Fibonacci Oranı): The label will only display the Fib
multiplier for the target. (For a cleaner chart look.)
- Example Display: M3 (Main 1.618) or M4 (Shallow 0.236)
2. Price Only (Fiyat): The label will display the exact target price instead of
the Fibonacci ratio. (For traders focused purely on price levels.)
- Example Display: M3 (Main 65400.50) or M4 (Shallow 64200.00)

🚀 New Features: Auto Mode and ABC Correction Projections
Auto Mode (Fractal Priority): Thanks to our new dual-engine algorithm, the system now tracks both the "Fractal" and "ATR" engines simultaneously. This mode prioritizes the highly reliable Fractal waves. However, if a Fractal hasn't formed yet, it displays the fast-reacting ATR wave instead of keeping you waiting. The active engine is transparently indicated by [F] (Fractal) or [A] (ATR) next to the wave labels.
Dynamic (A)(B)(C) Correction Waves: Once a 5-wave impulse is completed, the indicator automatically plots the expected correction (zig-zag) movement strictly following classic Elliott Wave rules. The system projects Wave (A) to the 0.382 retracement of the entire move, Wave (B) to a 0.618 bounce of Wave A, and Wave (C) down to the 0.618 Golden Pocket target of the main trend.

📐 Triangle (A-B-C-D-E) & Diagonal (Wedge) Detection: Beyond standard 1-2-3-4-5 impulses, the engine now detects corrective triangle structures and diagonals with wave 1 & 4 overlaps.
⏱ Time & Price Alternation: The engine now analyzes depth and duration differences between Wave 2 and Wave 4 to enforce the guideline of alternation.
📉 RSI Divergence & Momentum: Wave 5 validity now checks for momentum loss (The Right Look) and RSI divergence between Wave 3 and Wave 5.
📏 Smart Channeling: Automatic parallel impulse channels and converging/expanding triangle channels are drawn. Throw-over events (channel breakouts) are dynamically detected.
⚠️ Dynamic Correction Boxes: Based on the depth of Wave 2, the post-Wave 5 correction boxes now dynamically predict either "Zigzag" or "Flat" correction areas.
✂️ Truncated 5th Wave Exception: The system can now identify scenarios where the 5th wave fails to surpass the 3rd wave.
🎯 Expanded Targets: Added the 4.236 Fibonacci extension for highly extended Wave 3 scenarios.

🚀 Update: Real-Time Invalidation Check (W2 < W0 Cancellation)Added a real-time safety filter for the most fundamental and unbreakable rule of Elliott Wave Theory: "Wave 2 can never retrace beyond the beginning of Wave 1 (W0)."
What was the issue? Previously, during sudden price spikes/drops (due to fractal detection lag), the indicator could occasionally keep projecting future W3, W4, and W5 targets (dashed lines) even if the price broke the W0 origin.
What changed? The newly added algorithm now scans the wicks of every single forming candle in real-time.
The Result: The exact moment the rule is violated (even by a single wick breaking W0), all invalid projected target lines are instantly deleted from the chart, and the count resets to look for a new trend. The indicator is now 100% stricter and fully compliant with EWT rules!

✨ (W)-(X)-(Y) Complex/Combined Correction Simulation: Added the time-consuming, sideways "Complex Correction" route that often contains bull/bear traps. The strict (W) + (X) = (Y) time rule and shallow price targets from Frost & Prechter guidelines are now mathematically integrated.
📏 Extended Reversal Boxes: The duration (time axis) of the Flat and Zigzag expectation boxes has been extended to perfectly encompass lengthy complex WXY formations (Updated to 7.0x Time Multiplier).
⚙️ Full Customization: A brand new "🔮 Correction Sim" tab has been added to the settings menu. You can freely toggle the ABC (Blue) and WXY (Pink) projections on/off and customize their colors to fit your chart theme.
