WVPO LPS Three-Point Detector

WHAT IT DOES
This indicator checks the low of a pullback after a Sign of Strength in a Wyckoff accumulation or re-accumulation against the conditions of a Last Point of Support (LPS): depth below your buy zone, position against the zone of a rising Spring-anchored VWAP, and whether buy zone, AVWAP and higher low line up in one narrow band. A checking tool, not an entry signal.
WHY THESE READINGS BELONG TOGETHER
A pullback after the first markup wave can be an LPS or the start of a failure. In a genuine LPS the low stays shallow, holds above the cost basis of buyers since the Spring, and lands in the high-volume area below the range POC. Only when all three agree is demand carrying the market.
HOW THIS DIFFERS FROM AN ANCHORED VWAP
Depth and band are measured in ATR of the range timeframe, the AVWAP zone in ATR of the entry timeframe, so readings are comparable across instruments. The three-point confirmation is one condition: buy zone edge, AVWAP and higher low within 0.15 ATR. And it keeps apart whether there is a trade and how to enter: the volume of the last two candles into the low, each against its time-of-day average, only switches between mode A (limit at the zone) and mode B (wait for the micro break of structure), read at the pullback low. It never decides whether the setup exists.
HOW TO READ IT
The table shows each checked hallmark with its numbers, the roller line, the volume factors with the switch, and the count of hallmarks met. A green marker sits at each low that meets all three checkable hallmarks. Alerts: pullback in the buy zone, three checkable hallmarks met, a close through the AVWAP zone. Readings come from closed candles and never repaint. The roller line is a reference level for the stop; the plan stays yours.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
No entries, exits, targets or win rates. It checks three of five hallmarks and says so. A Spring followed by a Sign of Strength is a reading of the structure. The four-window consensus reads footprint, delta, CVD and the heatmap together, and no script can see the heatmap of resting orders, so the consensus stays your call. Neither the regime traffic light nor the buy zone is checked: you enter both edges from your own volume profile.
LIMITATIONS
Without volume the AVWAP, its zone, the roller, the rows for hallmarks 3 and 4 and the volume rows stay empty. On an index future (ES, NQ), anchor at the low of the regular cash session (9:30 to 16:00 New York time), not at a news spike before the open. The Spring low checked for a break is the low of the whole daily bar of the anchor, overnight included on a future; the book names the regular-session low. Thresholds are starting values; calibrate depth per instrument. The time-of-day average needs about two weeks of intraday history.
WORKED EXAMPLE
ESH2024, 5-minute chart, settlement as close off. Anchor 5 January 2024 14:30 exchange time (CT), buy zone 4771.4 to 4781.4, pullback low Manual, 9 January 08:45 CT. Depth 0.083 ATR, AVWAP rising at 4766.52, band 0.104 ATR, three of five met, volume factor 1.30, so mode B only. The script header lists every expected value.
