📋 Description
FIBO-KAMA BREAKOUT PRO is a high-precision technical analysis tool designed to identify price squeeze patterns (Wedge/Kama Formations) and validate breakouts using a combination of Fibonacci Golden Ratio (0.618), MA 7 Momentum, and Relative Volume Spikes.
While many indicators signal every minor breakout, this script filters out market noise (fake-outs) by ensuring that a move is mathematically significant and backed by institutional volume. It is specifically optimized for BTC/USDT and XAU/USD (Gold) on 15m and 1h timeframes.
🛠 Key Technical Features
Dynamic Wedge (Kama) Tracking: Automatically calculates linear regression channels to identify narrowing price ranges where a breakout is imminent.
Fibonacci Golden Ratio Integration: Every signal is cross-referenced with the 0.618 (Golden Pocket). A "BUY" signal only triggers if the price successfully clears this critical mathematical resistance.
Volume-Weighted Confirmation: The script monitors average volume over a 20-period lookback. Signals are only generated if the breakout volume is at least 20% higher than the average.
MA 7 Sniper Filter: Uses the 7-period Moving Average as a final momentum gate, ensuring the short-term trend is in your favor before an entry label appears.
💡 Trading Strategy Guide
Entry (The Signal): When "FIB BUY" or "FIB SELL" appears, wait for the candle to close. This confirms the breakout is sustained.
The 0.618 Rule: If the price breaks the upper Wedge line but remains below the 0.618 Fibonacci level, the signal is suppressed to prevent "bull traps."
Exit & Take Profit (TP):
Use the auto-generated Fibonacci lines (0.382 or 0.236) as primary profit targets.
A close back inside the Wedge or below the MA 7 serves as a trailing stop indicator.
Risk Management: Place your Stop-Loss slightly below the most recent swing low for Longs, or above the swing high for Shorts.
