CC First Red / Green Day

CC FIRST RED / GREEN DAY — by Blue Signal FX |
OVERVIEW
CC First Red / Green Day detects the "First Red Day" (FRD) and "First Green Day" (FGD) signal days popularized by Stacey Burke's three-day cycle work, and confirms them with a break of the 47 moving average — the directional anchor used across the CC Suite.
A First Red Day is the first day that closes red after a run of higher closes into a high. It is often the first sign buyers are exhausted. A First Green Day is the mirror: the first green close after a run of lower closes into a low.
On their own, red and green days fire constantly. This script only signals when the signal day happens at an extreme AND price breaks the 47 MA, isolating the major turning points instead of mid-trend noise.
This script is an independent interpretation of publicly discussed concepts and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Stacey Burke.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Run detection — counts consecutive higher (or lower) daily closes. A run qualifies when it reaches your minimum length and makes a new high (or low) for the lookback period.
2. Signal day — the first red day after a qualifying up-run is an FRD. The first green day after a qualifying down-run is an FGD. A grace window allows a doji or flat day between the run and the signal day (common on Heikin Ashi).
3. Arming — when an FRD/FGD day prints, the setup ARMS (small triangle marker).
4. Confirmation — the signal FIRES when price closes beyond the 47 MA. The MA break can come before or after the signal day.
5. Invalidation — an armed FRD is cancelled if price closes above the run's peak, an FGD day prints, or the arm duration expires (mirrored for FGD).
WHAT YOU SEE ON THE CHART
- FRD / FGD labels — confirmed signals (signal day + 47 MA break)
- Small triangles — signal days that armed a setup
- Sell / Buy Zone — the signal day's range, where to look for a pullback entry
FRD zone: FRD close → FRD high
FGD zone: FGD low → FGD close
- Dashed trigger line — FRD low (breakdown) / FGD high (breakout)
- BOS lines (optional) — daily closes through a swing high or low
- Dashboard — current run count, 47 MA position, last signal, and live status
HOW TO USE IT
1. Apply to any chart timeframe. Signals are built from completed daily candles, so they do not repaint. The 4H chart is a good working timeframe.
2. When a triangle appears, the setup is armed. Watch for price to break the 47 MA.
3. When the FRD/FGD label prints, the setup is confirmed.
4. Wait for price to pull back into the Sell Zone (FRD) or Buy Zone (FGD) and look for your entry there, using your own confirmation.
5. The trigger line marks where the move is continuing. A close back beyond the run's extreme invalidates the idea.
6. Use the BOS layer to see the full sequence: signal day → structure break → retest.

發行說明
The old engine followed a streak of consecutive closes day by day. At a choppy top like this one, that streak kept breaking and resetting, so the setup never armed. The new engine works backward from today:It finds the highest high of the last 15 days. That's the peak.
It checks that the rally into that peak had at least 3 higher closes, with up to 2 pause days allowed.
It finds the first red day on or after the peak, which arms the setup.
When price closes below the 4H 47 SMA, the FRD fires. That's one FRD per peak, and a new high restarts the setup automatically.
