as a trend trader you will look for the current trend on your HTF
confirm a middle time frame is moving in your direction
go to the 5m tf and wait for a retracement with a valid internal liquidity sweep using the fib retracement you are able to see if you are in the golden zone for ote and with a CHOCH on the 1m you enter in the direction of the trend
