- Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR), Effective Federal Funds Rate, (EFFR), SOFR-EFFR spread (ζ(t) = SOFR - EFFR).
- If the spread is positive and big enough, it indicates significantly pressure to stock and macro market.
- 3 alerts from the spread:
1. **Small alerts**: Spread > 5bps for more than 2 day
2. **Warning alerts**: Spread crosses above 15bps
3. **Critical alerts**: Spread exceeds 25bps
