RSI EMA WMA Tuanta13 V1

1. The “Tide and Wave” Principle (Macro-to-Micro Energy Flow)
This strategy does not trade isolated timeframes.
It operates based on the transmission of directional energy from higher timeframes down to lower ones.
• Bias Timeframe (D1 – The Tide):
Determines which side is in control.
If D1 shows STRONG ▲, you must absolutely not take Short positions.
• Intermediate Timeframes (H4, H1 – The Waves):
Identify the current market phase.
We look for alignment here to ensure the medium-term wave is supporting our trade direction.
• Execution Timeframe (M15 – The Trigger Point):
This is where you wait for the final confirmation before entering.
2. The 4-Step Execution Process
Step 1: Scan the Dashboard (Trend Filtering)
Focus only on assets where at least 3 of the higher timeframes are aligned in the same direction.
• Golden Standard:
TF4, TF3, TF2 all show STRONG ▲ or ▲.
Step 2: Wait for Temporary “Misalignment” (The Pullback)
Do not enter when everything is already green.
Wait for the smallest timeframe (M15) to turn Gray (Sideways) or Red (Bearish).
• Reasoning:
This represents a pullback within a larger bullish trend.
On M15, RSI will typically drop below EMA9 or touch WMA45 during this correction.
Step 3: The Trigger
Enter the trade as soon as M15 shifts from Red/Gray back to Green (▲ or STRONG ▲).
• Confirmation:
RSI (M15) crosses back above EMA9 and WMA45
Price breaks the short-term bearish structure on M15 (Dow confirmation)
Step 4: Trade Parameters Setup
• Stop Loss (SL):
Place below the most recent M15 swing low (according to Dow Theory).
• Take Profit (TP):
Minimum Risk-to-Reward ratio of 1:2
OR exit when H1 loses its STRONG status.
3. Scientific Risk Management (The 2% Risk Model)
For long-term sustainability, you must strictly follow the 2% rule:
1. Position Sizing
The distance between Entry and SL must correspond to a maximum of 2% of total account capital.
2. Break-even Rule
When price reaches +1R (equal to your SL distance), move SL to Entry.
3. Psychological Discipline
If the Dashboard shows mixed conditions (Green and Red alternating), the market is ranging.
Shut down the platform and stay out.
4. Pre-Trade Checklist
No. Verification Question Status
1 Is the highest timeframe (D1) supporting this direction? [ ] Yes
2 Are at least 4/5 timeframes aligned in the same color? [ ] Yes
3 Is price reasonably close to WMA45? (Avoid entering when too extended) [ ] Close
4 Is there Dow Theory confirmation (break of high/low)? [ ] Yes
5. Why This Logic Works
• Objectivity:
You are not guessing tops and bottoms.
You follow algorithmic confirmation (RSI cross) and real market structure (Dow Theory).
• Noise Filtering:
Requiring multi-timeframe alignment removes approximately 80% of false signals from lower timeframes.
• Scientific Foundation:
EMA9 represents momentum.
WMA45 represents trend direction.
When RSI crosses above both, it means momentum and trend are converging in the same direction.
