all the countries have alternative plans to deal with the moves in oil prices but not much to do when the fertiliser markets get squeezed. on top of the move in oil prices the increasing fertiliser cost will have to push the soft commodity prices higher at least to a level where farmers can keep on delivering food on the table...

chart seems pretty easy to play with... double bottoms, broke the down trend, significant volume printed....
