The AUDUSD pair closed last month marginally above its 1M MA100 (green trend-line) for the first time since August 2014 and this month used it as a Support to rise even higher. The 5-year Lower Highs trend-line broke 2 months ago and with it, the long-term bearish trend.
Those bullish break-out have confirmed the new long-term Bullish Leg towards the 11-year Resistance Zone but with the 1M MA200 (orange trend-line) looming just below it, we will have to use that as a limit point and target 0.78500.
Notice how the 1M MACD is still relatively low, early enough to support a potential 1-year uptrend.
