This fib series has been in effect since the drop from 7400.
The recent moves up have been in sync especially around band 3.
Relvance of Band 3 was confirmed by the small rejection at 3.618.
Requirements:
1) The 3.236 at 5836 needs to break, will probably reject first.
2) If 3.236 is retested, it must bounce precisely and not return.
3) If 3.618 breaks, then we can assume the top is in, look lower.
