Bitcoin is showing a clear global bearish bias. The second downward impulse that started on January 18 has broken the monthly bullish structure, finally confirming the dominant bearish trend on the leading cryptocurrency that sets the direction for the entire crypto market.
The decline was halted at the monthly Order Block. After 3 months in a range, price has begun a corrective move and is now approaching the first major resistance at the 61% Fib of the weekly structure, from which a short in continuation of the downtrend can be considered.
Reaching this level will also involve mitigation of the range manipulation.
✅ Short Setup Conditions:
Price finds acceptance below the 61% Fib after reaching it + start of bearish order flow on lower timeframes.
🎯 Minimum Target: Weekly FVG W
❌ Invalidation: Break and acceptance above the 61% Fib → next possible short from the 78% Fib level upon reversal reaction.
