after starting a new impulsive wave, it makes correction, like a force of your hand dropping first domino and then it falls
if it doesn't have any disturbance, that wave can continue and make second wave which is bigger but same in patterns...
its all about fractal like cabbage, tree leaf
Fibonacci series is a best unthinking answer which came from nature
it says that each wave can born from tow pre-waves as its parents (1,1,2,3,5,8,13,...)
if you zoom in subwaves, you would find out that thay have same patterns, but extended in scale
exactly like you and your parents and your grandparents...
dont forget to have enough accuracy when you choose first cycle, becase it can make much much bigger errors in extend
you can calibrate your time cycle to ensure you have chosen first cycle write
