ES1! The Wednesday ETH+RTH session prints a double distribution with the upper distribution rejected during RTH trade and now leading lower. With settlement below the value control (pTPOC) at ES 7761, this hands the session to the sellers who need to defend any upside attempts into the value control here.Because we close outside of value, there are two where I can see sellers re-engaging tomorrow 8/7/26 and that is at the defined daily MIN Delta node at ES 7753 (this will allow overshoot of the lower edge of value and fail) and the pTPOC at ES 7761. These two price points can offer responsive selling to continue migrating value lower as noted by the lower shift if value control over the last two days.
If we can hold below the pVAL, the auction's objective will be to discover lower and down into the weekly VWAP (White line) at ES 7712 and weekly TWAP (Blue line) at 7698.
Wekaness is being noted in
YM1! and subtly in 
NQ1! which is making upside attempts in $ES_F shaky here and justify the movement lower in value. Keep an eye on these two tomorrow.MAIN ZONE: Failure above ES 7761 (Vaule Control; pTPOC)
- The session ended materially below this and thus gives sellers the edge here. Retests need to be observed to confirm they are still in control
SECONDARY ZONE: Failure above 7753 (Prior Daily MIN Delta Node)
- Largest net-Negative Delta node by volume for the 8/6/26 session offers a point of supply to test for seller confirmation.
LAST RESORT: Buyer Absorption/Short Aggression at ES 7737 (Net-Positive Delta Node)
- This would be a last resort for buyers to rescue the daily auction at the price point with a strong net-positive delta zone but sellers can initiate below this to head towards the VWAP and TWAP at 7712 and 7698
- Short entries here need to be managed carefully.
