Hello everyone, here is my breakdown of the current EURUSD setup.
Market Analysis
EURUSD recently rallied after breaking above the long-term descending trendline, but the advance stalled at the 1.1560 Resistance Zone, where sellers stepped back into the market. The latest rejection from resistance suggests bullish momentum is fading, while price remains vulnerable to a pullback.
Currently, EURUSD is trading below the 1.1560 Resistance Zone while holding above the 1.1460 Support Zone. Price is consolidating after the rejection, with sellers attempting to regain short-term control.
My Scenario & Strategy
As long as EURUSD remains below the 1.1560 Resistance Zone, the bearish scenario remains valid. A rejection from current levels could push price toward the 1.1460 Support Zone (TP1).
However, if EURUSD breaks and closes above the 1.1560 Resistance Zone, the bearish outlook would weaken, opening the door for a continuation of the bullish trend.
