HSR Possible breakout

HRS 0.00% has been on the downtrend for quite a bit of time now and it is getting to the end of its breakout or breakdown. It has shown some strength and I think it is a good coing enter. We are expecting 2 more red candles to complete the cycle and then a reversal. We will see what happens in a couple of days.
