Since the middle of last week, SPOT has shown its strong side, jumping about 17% at its peak. Given that this move surpassed the early September high, it should represent a good sign for the ongoing upward movement. Primarily, we expect long-term gains to extend well beyond the resistance at $785. Following this, sell-offs should occur down below the mentioned level before the price should rise significantly again. At the same time, there remains the alternative possibility of an incomplete, deeper downward movement below the $405 support (probability: 40%).
