XAUUSD Rejected at Resistance – Bearish Pressure Targets 4,050

has just moved into a key resistance zone near a previous high, an area where price has repeatedly stalled and reversed in the past. The current rejection suggests that buying pressure is struggling, while sellers are beginning to reappear around this supply zone.

If price continues to fail above resistance and additional bearish signals emerge—such as long upper wicks, a bearish engulfing candle, or weakening bullish momentum—I expect XAUUSD to pull back toward 4,050.

The bearish outlook would become less convincing if price breaks decisively above the resistance zone and holds there. For now, the reaction around this area suggests that the advantage is gradually shifting back toward sellers.
