Hi traders, are you waiting for a breakout or a pullback first?
XAUUSD still maintains an overall bullish structure, but the price is currently being compressed between the descending resistance around 4,400 and the upward support line. After the most recent rebound, I don't see a reason to FOMO right below this resistance zone.
The zone I'm more interested in is 4,300–4,340. If gold corrects to this level but the support line holds and buyers react again, I will continue to prioritize an upward move:
🎯 Target: 4,450
Today's macroeconomic factors are also supporting buyers: gold is rising due to a weaker USD and expectations of a September Fed interest rate hike continue to decrease after a series of soft US data.
If the H1 chart clearly loses 4,300, this bullish structure will need to be re-evaluated.
AURICVERSE View: The overall trend still favors buyers, but the key point to watch isn't 4,400 — rather, how the market reacts if it returns to the 4,300–4,340 range.
