Gold prices are about to surge, get ready

204
In the previous article, I clearly pointed out that the support range was 4600-4630. As long as it does not fall below 4600 during the day, it will be a trading opportunity. Today, gold prices rebounded after testing the support range as expected. We can maintain our positions and wait for further gains.

After gold prices corrected from their highs, the bearish momentum quickly weakened. With multiple tests of the 4600 support level failing to break through, the bottoming structure is now very clear, the bottoming process is nearing completion, and an upward move could happen at any time. Therefore, today's market is expected to stabilize after testing the bottom and then trend upwards in a volatile manner.

The deadline set by Trump for a US-Iran agreement has officially arrived, and this is an unchangeable final point. On one side, the United States is exerting maximum pressure, threatening to take strong action if no agreement is reached; on the other side, Iran is taking a tough stance, and the game between the two sides has entered a heated phase. This timing directly impacts geopolitical tensions, oil prices, and gold prices, and the market could change course at any moment in the next few hours.

Technical Analysis: Gold prices first retraced to confirm support at $4600-$4620, then stabilized and trended upwards, exhibiting a "downward then upward" pattern. If the price holds above $4,600, it could potentially rise to $4,700-$4,750; if it drops rapidly to $4,600 within the day, it would still be a good opportunity to buy on dips, as a sharp decline is highly unlikely.
