While standing above 4700, it also broke through the upward trend channel established in the short term. Gold's upward momentum is strong, with almost no room for pullback, which has greatly boosted market confidence. Gold has regained its strength in the short term, making it easier for buying funds to accumulate.
Furthermore, from the current technical perspective, after a period of consolidation and bottoming out, gold has surged strongly and broken through resistance levels, strengthening the support area below. With the combined effect of technical and fundamental factors, gold should still have considerable room for growth, and is expected to continue its upward trend and test the 4800-4820 area. Once it breaks through, it may even extend to 4850-4880.
