All-In-One Lines

It's like a "torch in the darkness" that shows the "terrain" in which you are trading, and in which the candle movement unfolds.

It is meant to be used on 5m + 1D intervals. Additionally useful on 15m, 30m, and 1W if you use these.

Shows:

VWAP (on < 1D interval)
EMA 8 from 5m/15m/30m/1D/1W
Yesterday's High (on < 1D interval)
Yesterday's Low (on < 1D interval)
SMA 50/100/200
AVWAPE / AVWAPQ (if SPY) incl. +1/-1 Stdev for each

Tons of improvements:

1. Significantly improved alerts:
Alert types:

Use 1+2 "Enter 15/30/VWAP" for daytrade entries / adding to positions
3+4 "Enter 1d SMAs/AVWAPE/1W EMA" for swing trades / adding to positions
Additionally use 5+6 "EMA8" for higher momentum daytrades or swings
7+8 "Daily High/Low on Volume" as well for daytrade entries
9+0 "Enter 15 OR 30 OR VWAP" is more experimental for some types of trades
"V High Volume Candle" for confirmation or to have an exit alert in low volume conditions
"X Candle Close" for confirmation or simply as reminder (if on daily or weekly chart: is trigger 15min before candle close, to be able to act before market closes)
- Swing trade entry alerts (3+4) and High Volume Candle (V) don't require the candle to close before being triggered, to allow for better entries.
  Day trade entry alerts however do require the candle to be closed, to get confirmation.
  
  Alert improvements / fixes:
  - More reliable alerts! F. e. alerts are now also triggered if a wick goes below/above a line, but the body closes above/below
  - Added alert circle to easier select the indicator and be able to press Alt+A to set alerts
  2. Improved lines:
- Fixed AVWAPE sometimes not being anchored to earnings
- 1W EMA 8 is more reliable now, also shows up on weekly chart now correctly
- Removed Vwap +/-1 stdev, since I think it's redundant, 15m/30m ema 8s are what matters
  
  3. Improved performance + code:
- Significantly improved performance by having less request calls
- Removed redundant code
- Other small fixes, improved code + readability, thanks to Fable
